If you fail to provide personal data

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.

We do not share your Personal Data that we collect from your use of Uhura Solutions with any third parties except where required under court order. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. Retention period of personal information We hold your personal data for the duration that you hold and use an account on Uhura Solutions unless you delete that information using your account dashboard.
Where you hold an account but subsequently stop using Uhura Solutions, we will continue to hold your personal data for a period of 24 months. We will notify you by email that we hold your personal information and if you do not notify us that you wish to retain your account, then your personal information and account will be deleted within 2 months from our notification to you.
Where you are a paid user of Uhura Solutions, then we will continue to hold your personal information on Uhura Solutions until you end your license period, following which we will provide you with an opportunity to either delete your account, or to become a free user, in which case we will continue to hold your personal information until the instances set out above.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
We keep basic information about our paid users after their cease being paid users for the purposes of our financial records and tax purposes where required by law. Your data subject rights Unless an exemption applies under applicable law, you have the following rights with respect your personal information.

We make this notice available to all users of Uhura Solutions and require users to acknowledge that they have read the Privacy Notice before they set up a use an account or before the access the User Portal if they are a not a registered user.
